The American Goverment has announced that the DV 2010 will start to accept EDV online entries from 2nd October 2008 to 1st December 2008. Normally the program accepts entries for a period of 60 days around november each year through the American Goverments one and only web site. The entries must be submitted through the internet with the applicants details and digital photo file. No paper entries will be accepted.
