DV Lottery For Bangaladesh.

Bangladesh is one of the allowed countries to participate in the American Government Diversity Visa Lottery which is operated by the US State department.
As Bangladesh has sent less people legally to the USA within the last 5 years, they have a chance of getting nearly 5,983 visas out of the available 50,000 Green card visas through the DV Lottery. Although the DV Lottery law will not allow no more than 7% of the total available visas.

To participate in the lottery they must observe the following.

•  One person can send only one entry to the program.
•  Age must be more than 18 years, as per the educational qualification.
•  Must have the required education or work experience as in the instruction, if don't have this don't participate in the Green cared lottery.
•  Married person must include spouse and the eligible children of them with personal details and separate photos of each person.
•  Bangladesh winners will be selected by computer random draw in the Asian region and will be notified with further instruction by regular postal mail.
•  Winners who are in USA may contact the USICS to change their status to LPR, if they are staying there legally.
•  Winners will be given a case number as in computer selected order.
•  Second letter will be sent for the interview around September to August of the next year.
•  You must provide a sponsor from the USA to prove that you will not become a public charge.
•  To sponsor Use Form I-134.
•  Visas will be issued to winners who pass the interview successfully.
•  Visas will be issued till 30th September, there after no visas will be issued or can not change the status.
•  Visa fees must paid (US$ 755 per each person) in US $ or Local currency at the time of the interview personally to the US Embassy only.
•  You must provide all the necessary certificates and their certificates.
•  Submitting false certificates and information will disqualify you from the lottery.
